Key Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Strong ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM
• Requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshops, brainstorming, prototyping & document analysis
• Strong experience with As-Is / To-Be process mapping, process re-engineering & gap analysis
• Requirements documentation, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, RTM & wireframes
• Experience with Visio / Lucidchart for process mapping
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication
• Agile methodology and user-story development
• ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices
• ServiceNow reporting & analytics: Performance Analytics, Reports & Dashboards

Preferred

• Public-sector / government procurement experience (RFP/RFS)
• Client-facing consulting/advisory experience xhqgsiq
• ServiceNow CAD or strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform
• Data analytics & reporting tools experience
